He has worked on five continents and at a number of international economic agencies, including: the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, and the Asian Development Bank. He has also worked at a number of national agencies, including: the US Department of Treasury, HM Treasury (UK), the Canadian Department of Finance; and the central banks of: Australia, Canada, Europe, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, and the United States. He has visited a number of other universities, including Princeton, Stockholm, Tel Aviv, INSEAD, London School of Economics, and the European University Institute.
